How do I restore my "Remove Ads" purchase on a new device?

Open Bird Blitz, tap the gear icon to open Settings, scroll to the Shop & Purchases section, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Apple will sync the entitlement and ads will turn off again.

If restore doesn't work, please email us with your purchase date and Apple receipt, and we'll help sort it out.

How do I request a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds also go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Bird Blitz purchase, and follow Apple's refund flow. We don't directly handle billing and can't process refunds on Apple's behalf.

My 30-day free trial ended — what changed?

After 30 days, Bird Blitz stays completely free to play, but you'll start seeing optional rewarded ads — for example, a "Continue with extra pieces" prompt when you'd otherwise lose, or a "Daily Bonus" button that gives you a free power-up once a day. You're never forced to watch one; they always unlock a bonus.

If you'd rather skip ads entirely, the one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase in Settings turns them off permanently.

The game is crashing or behaving strangely. What do I do?

First, try the usual suspects: make sure iOS and Bird Blitz are both up to date, restart the app, and if needed restart your device. About 80% of weird behavior gets fixed by an update.

How do I turn off notifications, sounds, or music?

Notifications: Open Settings inside Bird Blitz (gear icon) and toggle "Send reminder notifications" off. You can also turn them off system-wide in iOS Settings → Notifications → Bird Blitz.

Sound effects and music: Tap the speaker and music note icons at the top of the gameplay screen to mute each independently.

I lost my high score / progress!

Bird Blitz stores your high score locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, the score may not survive. We're working on optional iCloud sync for high scores in a future update. In the meantime, sorry — and consider it a challenge to beat it again!
